Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Merino, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any Merino commercial property.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
Membrane type and repair scope are itemized separately in every Flat Roof Repair estimate.
Proper membrane welding equipment prevents the seam failures common with improvised patches.
Most Merino flat roof issues combine two or three of these elements, which is why a full inspection matters.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Merino commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
Technicians identify your membrane type before recommending any Flat Roof Repair repair method.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
